Usually because people delete them, but could be a glitch too.
Yeah I do the same thing. But then when other people do it it drives me bat shit. I'm a TOTAL hypocrite about that. I will totally delete an entry at the drop of a hat but if someone else does it I'm all like "GODDAMMIT!!!!"
