Pretty much. When I went up there this morning to start working, the guy said that everyone who was supposed to start today had been canceled. He pulled my name up and it said I'd been contacted, and then went on with something about how if voicemail didn't pick up then it would have just kept ringing. I said "I never got a call and my voicemail works just fine." And then I told him to take my name off of their list because this was the second time that'd happened.
So the plan of action is to call Aerotek and Kelly tomorrow, and maybe even go down to the City County Building to see if they've got ANYTHING available.
Honey, I am so sorry. Stupid Fuckers! I wish I had some words of wisdom to offer, but I don't. I can be here for you when you need me. If you need to talk, please let me know.
