Legally, the contract he signed to get in is NOT valid, period. So, legally he was not even really a member of the military and could not desert...I would love to see the precedent the judge used to call that contract valid. The military has been coercive in general, in order to have their back door draft. It is despicable to me that they would even take that route. The recruiter should be prosecuted, not the boy. I can't speak to the child pornography accept to say that it is a completely separate issue and should not be considered as part of this case.
