So someone warned me last night that I didn't have any BOOKS on my wish list.  =O  INCONCEIVABLE!!!!  So I went and added a bunch.

Only thing I don't like about this wishlist is that you can't move things around in the order you want them. =P  Hopefully it's not too hard to figure out.  I may go in later and make separate lists for different kinds of items.

It just keeps hitting me... we are seriously, SERIOUSLY broke.   Chris is down to the end of his loans and I've still got backed up bills hitting me in the ass.  It's getting unnerving.

I'm not sure what to do.  I've been thinking of taking on an evening job just for a couple of months to catch things up but I don't get off of work at my day job until 7pm, so that'd put a bit of a hamper on that.  I don't know if I should go ahead and try to do that ANYWAY, or just wait it out and hope that I can get things caught up without anything happening to cause more financial problems.  *sigh*   This'd be one of those times that I wish I had parents who would actually be willing to help me out financially.  'Course at this point I don't think Dad really CAN (he's living on a GM pension.  Have YOU been listening to the news?  'Cause I have), but Mom and John pretty much WON'T.  I'd try asking, but if they lent me money it'd just be held over my head in a guilt trip and if they didn't, it'd turn into a fight and I'd end up getting called an "ungrateful brat" again.

Otherwise it's been a pretty good birthday, in that a bunch of people have wished me a happy one and I'm having a bunch of friends over this evening.  Hopefully the folks coming over will be able to either bring something or chip in for pizza because I can't afford to feed anybody.  Hell, I can't afford to feed MYSELF.

Love,
Crystal

If you're coming tonight, please to bring money for pizza.  Methinks we'll have to have a communal pizza tho, 'cause not everybody haz teh pizza money (including the birthday girl), or not everyone has as much as everyone else, so please bring your holiday giving attitude as well. ;)

In other words, bring what you can, and we'll figure it out.

Edit: addendum... if worse comes to worst and only a few people have a few dollars, we'll make a kroger run and grab some frozen pizzas.  =)

Edit 2: I hate inviting everyone to my apartment and saying "But you have to feed yourselves... AND ME!", but that's the only way I can afford to have all of you guys over. ;)  Sorry. =/  It's a rough time of year right now.  If you're all like, "I don't want to come over 'cause if you invite me to your home you should feed me too", then I understand if you don't wanna come.

Lurve,
Crystal
